Honest refund policy Customer service was wonderful. My category did get ungated, but due to unique circumstances on my end, a partial refund was requested. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of honesty and promptness. Can't recommend their service highly enough and I will definitely be back should another Amazon hurdle present.

Skeptical at first but well worth it! I've been trying to get ungated in a certain sub category for about 4 months, back and forth with amazon and no luck always getting declined.
