Totaly Working website Totaly real website. Recovered password (weak) in very first attempt. However, the chances of passwords recovery reduces as the complexity of the password increases. I hopes that your problem solves. (whoever reading my comment)

Fast, reliable and easy to use. Of multiple type of lost password scenario, i was able to determine if they will be able to help me for my scenario with least number of steps. Once identified, uploading and password retrieval was seamless and with just 2 steps, upload file and retrieve password. well made site.
