She was able to replicate the same problem I was having and reach out to her team to ensure me that they would send the concern further up the support ladder to help correct the problem. GBChat feature useful but phone support needs improvement Geronimo was able to assist me with a few things I needed resolved or at least point me in the right direction. I think Batch's phone support needs improvement. Someone rarely answers the phone or returns voice mails
