GBAbove and Beyond Tyler was able to help me through a couple problems that I have been struggling with Batchleads. He was knowledgeable and patient going over each step to resolve my issues. I have been using Batchleads now for a couple months, and he has called periodically just to check in to see how things are going. I don't know another company that has this kind of followup and support for their customers.

She was able to replicate the same problem I was having and reach out to her team to ensure me that they would send the concern further up the support ladder to help correct the problem. GBPatricia Beatriz has WOW CUSTOMER SERVICE! Patricia Beatriz is the most outrageously great CSR I've encountered in a loooooong time. She has WOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. BL should use this on a Pin for CSR's: "I have WOW Customer Service", and let them wear it on their shirt/blouse. Let Patricia Beatriz be the first one to get it, please.
