GBEasy and insightful right "out of the box" and so much customer data available Product installation (on our Shopify store) was effortless! And we're already collecting useful data after just one day. I've chatted through the support function and got quick, helpful responses, and I also took advantage of an onboarding call (via Zoom) where Jordan walked me through all of the app features and gave me some very useful tips to help get a deeper understanding of the customer journey across our site. So far, I've been using the heat maps, replays, events, and funnels, but I will soon test out the survey function as well. We are on a standard 7-day trial at the moment, and there is an easy to understand sessions counter on our dashboard, so at the end of the trial, I'll know exactly which paid plan will fit our needs! I appreciate the help from the Lucky Orange team getting started on the right foot.
