AUHaving contacted Microsoft Australia in… Having contacted Microsoft Australia in SA, I found the operative very helpful and was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly where to direct me to a technical person who was also extremely knowledgeable and who managed to provide me with exactly what I needed, even though my computer was of an age.
