The first time, there was a transfer lock on the name because it had been transferred recently. I had to wait a while before I could move it to another registrar. However, it wasn't a problem since I was able to configure the DNS settings and start using the domain while waiting for it to be released. This time, the process went even more smoothly, and I was able to complete the entire process in just a few days.
