GBGreat customer service Everyone working at Geekseller is very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. I was having issues posting or editing my listings for Walmart recently and my attempts to contact Walmart directly failed. Their reps were not able to provide me with assistance on how to fix the errors. I've asked Geekseller for help and Maciej was able to help me resolve all my issues and fix the errors in my listings. He kept following up the issue with Walmart and keeping me updated all the way.

GBGood OMS, good customer service Good OMS; owner is committed to helping his clients anyway he can improve the platform for their needs. That is what I liked. Also great customer service offered. They actually get back to you and promptly and their agents are informed and if they don't they will get the answers quickly. Daniel, the owner, is committed to continuing to improve the software for 3p sellers and open to feedback to add as features to their system. Try them out.
