Service was provided as promised on… Service was provided as promised on time, but charging my business card was impossible after several trials, and used my personal card. I hope it is a only a problem with my card.

This company is very expensive This company is very expensive. They also are slow. They took 5 days to even ask questions about a filing that should take 10 min total. I ended up doing it myself because they were so slow, yet they wouldn't give me a refund. If they didn't do the work, why should they keep the money from the overpriced service.
