Knowledgeable, professional, and so friendly. They understand how hard it is to juggle all the responsibilities that fall on one person as a small business owner, and that we are all not tech savvy. They send step by step images on how to do your part. Oh and did I mention their affordable pricing? Again goes to their understanding of small new business owner's responsibilities and overhead. Only thing I would love to see change is being able to speak to your point of contact, especially during the website creation, it would help with too many back and forth email threads. Happytans Gets It! I’ve been using happytans for several years and I can honestly say my website has played a HUGE role in building my business.
