Petaluma has been great about reminding us when our new bag of dog food is coming and also giving us an option to change the date of the food being sent to us depending on our needs. I would definitely recommend Petaluma food and so appreciate the fact their commitment to plant based dog food!

I've only needed their Customer service once so far and I was given the best. Everything was taken care of quickly. The way I look at it, great customer service equals great company. And great customer service is getting harder to come by. Along with great customer service, the drinks taste wonderful. Enough hops to make it feel like a good lite beer and you get a quality taste. I've reordered a few times. This is my go to drink when I feel a need for something refreshing, and bonus points, it's good for you too.

I don’t know my delivery person’s name but she called me this morning to ensure she knew where to deliver my package because it wasn’t pulling up in the system and she didn’t want me to not get my delivery.
