The person who handled my ticket was very professional and fast at fixing the issue. I only wish I could give more than a 5 star review on how they did. 20,000 stars out of 5 is more accurate.

CAWe had bad experience with a another… We had bad experience with a another provider, after 7 day of problems and bad service we stept over to 1 of 1 service and even with a small problem in the beginning on my end... after opening a ticket that got solved in less than 15 minutes. Great customer service and so far no down time of our RedM server. I would definitely recommend 1 of 1 servers.
