I love that it is very easy to use and I can customize our survey with a picture of the program and personal message. Data can be also downloaded straight to an Excel spreadsheet which saves a lot of time for me! Their customer service is fast and very helpful! I would recommend them to anyone!

The student price plan options attracted me as I was looking for something affordable for a short term project. Can't wait to launch my survey and start analysing responses. It takes a little time to learn the user interface due to all the options and find all the right tools, but once you get it, creating new surveys is straightforward. The design is clean and appealing. Downloading reports is easy. We've really appreciated this service!
