Non-Profit Membership Reporting Our jail ministry is a 501c3 non-profit that has been using the SoGoSurvey tool for the last 8 years as a means for capturing key data points from volunteers. After one of our folks visit a specific jail to lead a Bible Study or Celebrate Recovery Group Session, they use a system link to simply input the visit date, facility name, type of visit, and number of attendees. Because of the ease and speed of this 1-minute process, we achieve a very high compliance rate in reporting. Since 2017, our volunteers have used this platform to report over 3,000 visits within jails that were attended by more than 33,000 detainees. Best free option, but added functionality is expensive SoGo Survey has the best options for a free survey site. As a student, I used SurveyMonkey for too long - wish I had found SoGo earlier! When I started working for a startup, I switched to SoGo and it's been great for an overview of responses, but if you want it broken down you pretty much have to pay for that functionality. Otherwise, the interface is clean and intuitive. I would recommend (and have already recommended) SoGo to my classmates.

When Firefighters Without Borders… When Firefighters Without Borders needed a survey platform, we did a lot of research on the existing options and chose SoGoSurvey because it has the best features. We love the different question types, the premade surveys and the interface, which is not only easy to use but looks amazing. Highly recommend it for other non-for-profits.

Versatile platform Before this, I usually used Google Forms to create questionnaires. But this time, I had to create a survey which can give scores and good layout. When compared to other platform, SoGoSurvey allowed unlimited questions and 200 respondents for the Free Plan. Good layout, easy to use, can duplicate questions. And very user-friendly for students. Only one problem, is when I double-clicked on the questions to edit, sometimes the page hang and I had to refresh the page.

Intuitive & Versatile We are a small community trust and have been using SoGo Surveys for a year now. We have found the software very intuitive to use and versatile enough to cover a whole range of data collection purposes. This has helped to inform our practice and provide evidence for funders. All in all a really great platform, highly recommended!
