It takes a little time to learn the user interface due to all the options and find all the right tools, but once you get it, creating new surveys is straightforward. The design is clean and appealing. Downloading reports is easy. We've really appreciated this service!

Best free option, but added functionality is expensive SoGo Survey has the best options for a free survey site. As a student, I used SurveyMonkey for too long - wish I had found SoGo earlier! When I started working for a startup, I switched to SoGo and it's been great for an overview of responses, but if you want it broken down you pretty much have to pay for that functionality. Otherwise, the interface is clean and intuitive. I would recommend (and have already recommended) SoGo to my classmates.

SoGoSurvey also offers a free Plus plan for students, which means the questionnaire can receive more than 200 responses for free. Most importantly, you can ask the online customer service for any questions, which is not available on other websites. Very user friendly.
