Most importantly, you can ask the online customer service for any questions, which is not available on other websites. Very user friendly.

There are a lot of templates you could choose from, making your work easier and you can spend more time on the actual questions. They have designs that can prevent your survey from looking too boring. Overall what they offer adds value to my work.

I am using #Sogosurvey for my MSc research project and the survey design interface is very easy to move around, not to talk about their amazing QR code option which makes it easy to recruit respondents. The student price plan options attracted me as I was looking for something affordable for a short term project. Can't wait to launch my survey and start analysing responses.
