The free version was just enough to get us through the first year. We also love that SoGoSurvey offers audio that you can easily add to questions. I am using #Sogosurvey for my MSc research project and the survey design interface is very easy to move around, not to talk about their amazing QR code option which makes it easy to recruit respondents. The student price plan options attracted me as I was looking for something affordable for a short term project. Can't wait to launch my survey and start analysing responses.
