It is a very good tool It is a very good tool. When I need to do a questionnaire survey, I found a lot of software that requires payment, but SoGoSurvey is free, which is very friendly for a student. SoGoSurvey also offers a free Plus plan for students, which means the questionnaire can receive more than 200 responses for free. Most importantly, you can ask the online customer service for any questions, which is not available on other websites. Very user friendly.

SogoLytics is a perfect platform to use… SogoLytics is a perfect platform to use for our small non-profit organization to collect data from our program participants! I love that it is very easy to use and I can customize our survey with a picture of the program and personal message. Data can be also downloaded straight to an Excel spreadsheet which saves a lot of time for me! Their customer service is fast and very helpful! I would recommend them to anyone!

We use SoGoSurveys for surveying our church members - it's easy! We use the SoGoSurvey site for polling our church members on events and opinions that help us to include their thoughts and ideas in planning. Versatile platform Before this, I usually used Google Forms to create questionnaires. But this time, I had to create a survey which can give scores and good layout. When compared to other platform, SoGoSurvey allowed unlimited questions and 200 respondents for the Free Plan. Good layout, easy to use, can duplicate questions. And very user-friendly for students. Only one problem, is when I double-clicked on the questions to edit, sometimes the page hang and I had to refresh the page.
