It's about time automation workflow went open source Activepieces first came on my radar via Hacker News in early 2023, I immediately starred them on GitHub and have been following their progress ever since. Admittedly I haven't had much of a chance to make use of it until recently, but this weekend I worked on a small personal project which required some automation, and Activepieces immediately sprung to mind. I got set up on their Cloud version and managed to get my workflow sorted in minutes. While the experience might not be as polished as some of the more established vendors, it's only a matter of time given the rapid pace of development and innovation by the team. Excited to see great things from you guys over the next few years!

Simple to use automation, ideal for non-techies. Great customer support / community where we help each other out should we find bugs and automation breaks. My usecase is auto posting new videos from youtube to wordpress and calendar syncing. Having these automated saved me a lot of them and ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts. Best part is it's simple enough to use for people like me who don't know how to code.

Fair priced and powerful An amazing automation tool that really hits the spot. Easy to use and open source allowing for a steady flow of new integrations that keeps making it more and more powerful. Still missing a few integrations but highly recommendable with very fair prices compared to make.com and zapier.

And ActivePieces is the most affordable, simple, and easy to use. The project is open source, and we noticed how fast the community behind it is growing. Soon, there won't be any integration missing. Activepieces is the new "kid" on the… Activepieces is the new "kid" on the block compared to apps like Zapier and Pabbly but they are catching up fast. They seem to have laid down the correct foundations by being open source, a good user Interface and expanding on the current number of services supported. They are also very good value compared to the completion and let's be honest, who doesn't mind a bit of value?
