He was great and taught me a few things about email phishing and showed me a few articles on the GEEKWAY website that I recognized as other fraudulent people trying to steal my info in my email, and he was helpful and patient helping me fix my computer last night and then today helping connect my printer to my laptop...... THANKS DAVE SO MUCH!! I will be calling you back in about two months for my two month laptop check-up and every two months for the next THREE YEARS!! LOL!!

I have 3 laptops and they went through and cleaned them up and they are up and running smoothly. GBSurprise Expertise found myself unable to access my Wifi on my MacBook Air when visiting my daughter's house. I sought on line help and found GeekWayLLC, with lots of reviews and easy contact information. I reached Victor, who over the course of the day diagnosed my significant problems through diagnostics, enumerating all the problems contained in my computer which had come about because I had inadequate protections. His Geek team tackled them all, and resolved them. I signed a 3 year full service contract and paid what I regarded as a fair and reasonable fee for the 3 year service. There is even room in my contract to add a second computer as needed, all under the same contract and price as my 3 year deal. Victor was helpful, congenial, polite, and knowledgable - I'd recommend the GeekWay team to anyone.
