They were occasionally a little imprecise - but those were the situations that had multiple respondents. In summary: recommend them highly, would not hesitate to use them again.

Their prices are the lowest of multiple competitors and their file submission system is straightforward and time-efficient. As a research coordinator, I appreciate that the same operations manager has worked with us for years, and that he is friendly and patient with questions, and quick to respond to correspondence. Even when he is not in the office we're able to reach him remotely, or we're able to speak with one of his knowledgeable colleagues. Great quality of transcription.
