Uploading files in their website is fast and easy. The completion time is about 7 days for a 30 - 60 minutes length recording between 2 people.

GBHad a large number of transcripts… Had a large number of transcripts processed by Verbal Ink. They were quick to respond, reasonably priced. They were occasionally a little imprecise - but those were the situations that had multiple respondents. In summary: recommend them highly, would not hesitate to use them again.
