Because of the uncertainty of how our stores were going to be able to service our customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, we looked for online and delivery options. Bottlecapps offered everything we needed to sync with our POS. Our employees and customers find it easy to use and we continue to get positive feedback. Bottlecapps customer service has been great as well. Quick to respond to issues that come up. It has been the option our customers continue to thank us for.

Large Volume Liquor Store Success We are a large volume liquor store and made the switch from another Wine specific Website out of necessity to avoid suffering further losses. Bottlecapps made us a priority and expedited the process for us. Curtis quickly got us onboarded with ease and Braden has been instrumental in our transition. We had to part ways with BottleCapps… We had to part ways with BottleCapps before full implementation on a transition from our legacy provider. BottleCapps promised ease of integration with M-power and auto mapping to their web platform, including images and up-to-date descriptions and content. None of this was fulfilled. Ultimately we are able to provide a better UI experience to our customers by allocating in-house resources to do website management rather than relying on the BC team. If you have a very simple inventory, this product may be great for you, but a lack of customization drove us towards a different solution.
