We had to part ways with BottleCapps… We had to part ways with BottleCapps before full implementation on a transition from our legacy provider. BottleCapps promised ease of integration with M-power and auto mapping to their web platform, including images and up-to-date descriptions and content. None of this was fulfilled. Ultimately we are able to provide a better UI experience to our customers by allocating in-house resources to do website management rather than relying on the BC team. If you have a very simple inventory, this product may be great for you, but a lack of customization drove us towards a different solution.

We were fortunate that we had developed the app and were able to launch it in March just as the lockdowns began. We were able to do two months of curbside app and delivery business in April and May before reopening the store in June.
