I emailed customer service in the middle of the night with my frustrations and went to bed. In the morning I woke up to a detailed video from customer service rep Corey H. explaining not only the solution to my problems for my knowledge and future benefit but he also CORRECTED THE ISSUES HIMSELF!!! You can be as hands on or hands off as you want when it comes to setup and management of your webinars. The support team will do it for you if you're not comfortable creating the webinar at first. Their knowledge base is full of great tutorials and tips. I haven't seen a better system with better people running it.
