A good company to work with I've been working for Blend for years and I really feel at home here. They have always trusted me for important clients and was the first company to provide me with a job when I didn't have any experience, so it's thanks to them that I can work full time as a translator. I'm particularly thankful to both the PMs and my operations manager, who are wonderful. Great site for professionals and clients! I've been working with BLEND for over 7 years. As a translator, the experience has been nothing but positive. The system for accepting and completing projects works well, and the team takes care of all the client relationships. Translators only need to focus on one thing: translate. When there have been issues, the team has responded in a quick and friendly manner. Recently, there was a change in management that has brought more transparency and openness to the agency, which is something truly welcome. My experience has been great, and everything indicates that it will continue to be so.

Different from other translation agencies I've been working for Blend for several years now. For me, the most important factor is that Blend, unlike other translation agencies, has a discussion board where the translator and the customer can interact directly (exchange messages, add some information, or whatever they need) in order to make the work as smooth as possible. It gives a personal touch to the job you are doing. On top of that, their Project Managers are extremely cooperative when it comes to special requests or problem-solving. This platform also enables you to choose the project you want to work on (without placing a bid like lots of other platforms do). You have a page with open projects where you can pick the one that suits you more. Finally, I really feel that I have grown inside this company, that I am part of a community, and that my time and work are appreciated.
