The system for accepting and completing projects works well, and the team takes care of all the client relationships. Translators only need to focus on one thing: translate. When there have been issues, the team has responded in a quick and friendly manner. Recently, there was a change in management that has brought more transparency and openness to the agency, which is something truly welcome. On line customer service is very good if things don't always go to plan. I always use blend for Arabic, French , English and Spanish translations, but I'm sure they are good in all languages. The personal notes on your account from the translator add to the personal touch of this service.

Blend is the only translation service that I will use. My company is a client of Blend, using their translation services for documents that I must submit to a foreign country . I have used Blend for approximately 40 projects ranging from single page documents to multi-page annual reports and financial audits reports. All of the translators have done excellent translation work, have kept document formatting, have been quick to make suggested changes, and have been respectful and easy to work with. On one occasion the translator looked up a Vietnamese law for me and suggested a change of wording in a document to make it more compatible with the law. I only use Blend for all my translation needs. Highest recommendation!

Super! I've sent a handful of PDF flyers, surveys, materials to be translated from English to Spanish, and I'm always blown away by Blend's services! They are super quick and most of the time edit directly in the PDF's. This is very helpful if someone doesn't speak the language they're translating to.

Different from other translation agencies I've been working for Blend for several years now. For me, the most important factor is that Blend, unlike other translation agencies, has a discussion board where the translator and the customer can interact directly (exchange messages, add some information, or whatever they need) in order to make the work as smooth as possible. It gives a personal touch to the job you are doing. On top of that, their Project Managers are extremely cooperative when it comes to special requests or problem-solving. This platform also enables you to choose the project you want to work on (without placing a bid like lots of other platforms do). You have a page with open projects where you can pick the one that suits you more. Finally, I really feel that I have grown inside this company, that I am part of a community, and that my time and work are appreciated.
