It's keeps worse & worst. They used to be a good translation platform to work with, but since 2020 they have been getting worse in many aspects. * Now they even get DELAYED PAYMENTS for more than a week!! This is after the system forces translators to wait until the 15 or 30 of each month to avoid their internal fees. So it's UNACCEPTABLE!! * Another BAD point is they're populated all projects with MTPE filled with crappy TM, so rather than less work for translators is DOUBLE WORK FOR HALF PAYMENT with they charge the customers the same as a normal human translation, so they earn double. TOTALLY UNETHICAL!! * And the worse of all is that the forum they have is infested with translators' rants, complains & cries for help about these issues, but NOBODY ON STAFF CARES, they're care more about banning users that say these things than on fixing the problems, and it seems support job isn't to fix things but just reply with polite crap. No wonder they were banned on Proz. NOTHING is fake in my review. The only FAKE & scam is GetBlend "professional service"... It's NOT a surprise they act like this AFTER I told in 2 emails that I was leaving the site for good I received an email from Tzipi Meyer (allegedly from “support”) THREATING ME. They's are professional scammers, they are unethical, they are banned from Proz. Even the "contact information" that BLEND provides here IS FAKE! Cause they aren't in USA, they are in ISRAEL! All is fake, they're professional scammers.

Different from other translation agencies I've been working for Blend for several years now. For me, the most important factor is that Blend, unlike other translation agencies, has a discussion board where the translator and the customer can interact directly (exchange messages, add some information, or whatever they need) in order to make the work as smooth as possible. It gives a personal touch to the job you are doing. On top of that, their Project Managers are extremely cooperative when it comes to special requests or problem-solving. This platform also enables you to choose the project you want to work on (without placing a bid like lots of other platforms do). You have a page with open projects where you can pick the one that suits you more. Finally, I really feel that I have grown inside this company, that I am part of a community, and that my time and work are appreciated.

On line customer service is very good if things don't always go to plan. I always use blend for Arabic, French , English and Spanish translations, but I'm sure they are good in all languages. The personal notes on your account from the translator add to the personal touch of this service.
