I love that I can submit my project using the online form and the translators start working on it almost immediately. In the past I had to submit projects to a project manager, wait for a quote, approve the quote, it took days before translation even started. Different from other translation agencies I've been working for Blend for several years now. For me, the most important factor is that Blend, unlike other translation agencies, has a discussion board where the translator and the customer can interact directly (exchange messages, add some information, or whatever they need) in order to make the work as smooth as possible. It gives a personal touch to the job you are doing. On top of that, their Project Managers are extremely cooperative when it comes to special requests or problem-solving. This platform also enables you to choose the project you want to work on (without placing a bid like lots of other platforms do). You have a page with open projects where you can pick the one that suits you more.
