I love that I can submit my project using the online form and the translators start working on it almost immediately. In the past I had to submit projects to a project manager, wait for a quote, approve the quote, it took days before translation even started. On line customer service is very good if things don't always go to plan. I always use blend for Arabic, French , English and Spanish translations, but I'm sure they are good in all languages.
