Easy to Work With Ryan Nelson was amazing to work with. He quickly handled our requests, communicated with us frequently, and offered helpful solutions to meet our needs. The only reason I didn't rate this at 5 stars was because we would have liked a more in depth understanding of our business' processes to align to, where as some of the solutions provided seemed like they were previously used client templates with slight adjustments. With that said, we are still very happy with the work they did and would use them again in the future.

Best decision we made to get the most out of Monday! Victoria was quick to understand what we were trying to accomplish. We were wanting to use the software in a unique way in order to keep track of interactions not related to sales. The users are volunteers so the system needed to be set up for ease of use. Clunky Workflow VS Professional I hired Lydia to build a workflow for my company that was easy to use. I sent here detailed information along with a drawing of our workflow. I had to spend several hours on ZOOM with her trying to explain what I wanted. After many weeks, I gave up working with her and found a company in Australia. I sent them the same information I sent Lydia. The design is exactly what I wanted with a few minor changes/updates. They both built a "workflow". Lydia built one that is "Clucky" and upstreamtech.io in Austrailia built one that can run a business The difference in cost is 100% worth it.
