GBWorkflow Magic was Magic Our team collaborated with Lydia Agopian, the CEO & Founder of Workflow Magic, to develop our Monday boards and establish our creative form process. We initiated weekly calls to ensure both parties understood the requirements and capabilities for each task. Lydia and her team successfully crafted everything we desired, including necessary automations to streamline our workflow. Our final project involved integrating an app from Monday to automate the conversion of submitted forms into PDFs. Workflow Magic completed all projects on time and provided thorough walkthroughs for each, enabling us to take ownership post-project. Exceptional service!

GBBest decision we made to get the most out of Monday! Victoria was quick to understand what we were trying to accomplish. We were wanting to use the software in a unique way in order to keep track of interactions not related to sales. The users are volunteers so the system needed to be set up for ease of use. Victoria saved us time and help gain adoption of the new system! She was great to work with and listened to what we needed and executed so well. What would take us hours now is done in seconds! GBGreat work, lots of patience and creativity We knew our monday.com implementation wasn't going to be easy. We needed to take processes, workflow, dashboards and CRM from multiple platforms and sources and merge them into a single environment. We transitioned spreadsheets, integrated Hubspot and created workflows from manual processes. Lydia patiently worked through a project that seemed to grow in size and scope as we went through (our end - we kept adding as we saw the capabilities come through). She had a clear understanding of how to use monday and guided us on how best to set it up and use it. She saved a tremendous amount of time (and money) in having to learn how to do it and build it ourselves. Highly recommend working with Lydia if you need help building and/or tweaking a monday.com environment.
