5 Stars Workflow Magic went above and beyond for our workflow redesign. They provided my team with an all encompassing plan to track our grants from the opportunities phase all the way through to our project completion. They took my scrambled ideas and made it into a comprehensive workflow and I cannot recommend them enough!

Workflow Magic is the Best! Workflow Magic listened carefully to what I needed out of Monday.com and delivered. Working with Victoria was so easy and great. She really knows how to execute and her communication was excellent. I will be hiring them again for any future projects.

Easy to Work With Ryan Nelson was amazing to work with. He quickly handled our requests, communicated with us frequently, and offered helpful solutions to meet our needs. The only reason I didn't rate this at 5 stars was because we would have liked a more in depth understanding of our business' processes to align to, where as some of the solutions provided seemed like they were previously used client templates with slight adjustments. With that said, we are still very happy with the work they did and would use them again in the future.

Clunky Workflow VS Professional I hired Lydia to build a workflow for my company that was easy to use. I sent here detailed information along with a drawing of our workflow. I had to spend several hours on ZOOM with her trying to explain what I wanted. After many weeks, I gave up working with her and found a company in Australia. I sent them the same information I sent Lydia. The design is exactly what I wanted with a few minor changes/updates. They both built a "workflow". Lydia built one that is "Clucky" and upstreamtech.io in Austrailia built one that can run a business The difference in cost is 100% worth it.
