Customer Service & Creativity Both Lydia and Victoria were great about looking for solutions and making changes that aligned with our overall goals for using Monday. They solved problems that I would not have been able to and that helped us in terms of having a tool our team could actually use to help provide quality service to our clients.

Best decision we made to get the most out of Monday! Victoria was quick to understand what we were trying to accomplish. We were wanting to use the software in a unique way in order to keep track of interactions not related to sales. The users are volunteers so the system needed to be set up for ease of use.
