Best decision we made to get the most out of Monday! Victoria was quick to understand what we were trying to accomplish. We were wanting to use the software in a unique way in order to keep track of interactions not related to sales. The users are volunteers so the system needed to be set up for ease of use. Victoria saved us time and help gain adoption of the new system! She was great to work with and listened to what we needed and executed so well. What would take us hours now is done in seconds! We would highly recommend Workflow magic so you get the most out of Monday!

Great work, lots of patience and creativity We knew our monday.com implementation wasn't going to be easy. We needed to take processes, workflow, dashboards and CRM from multiple platforms and sources and merge them into a single environment. We transitioned spreadsheets, integrated Hubspot and created workflows from manual processes. Lydia patiently worked through a project that seemed to grow in size and scope as we went through (our end - we kept adding as we saw the capabilities come through). She had a clear understanding of how to use monday and guided us on how best to set it up and use it. She saved a tremendous amount of time (and money) in having to learn how to do it and build it ourselves. Highly recommend working with Lydia if you need help building and/or tweaking a monday.com environment.

Clunky Workflow VS Professional I hired Lydia to build a workflow for my company that was easy to use. I sent here detailed information along with a drawing of our workflow. I had to spend several hours on ZOOM with her trying to explain what I wanted. After many weeks, I gave up working with her and found a company in Australia. I sent them the same information I sent Lydia. The design is exactly what I wanted with a few minor changes/updates. They both built a "workflow". Lydia built one that is "Clucky" and upstreamtech.io in Austrailia built one that can run a business The difference in cost is 100% worth it.

Definitely Recommend Would definitely recommend Workflow Magic to anyone looking for integration and onboarding assistance with Monday. We presented the team with a pretty old-school process that we previously used to help track due dates and submission dates for our deliverables on an annual, quarterly, semi-annual, and one-off basis by manually updating single line items in an Excel file. Workflow Magic was able to implement a structure that helped us track due dates and completion status of 2,000+ deliverables on an annual basis that recur at regular intervals and set up a system that ensures nothing falls through the cracks. This is helpful in saving us time, energy, and brain space for more meaningful strategic initiatives. I would guess that this process can save us several hours per month across several employees. Victoria was an excellent partner in learning our process and providing support in how to implement the software after Lydia was able to help build out the structure that would work best for our needs. The implementation took about 30-40 hours of collaboration and work time over the course of several weeks, which was helpful for us to go at our own pace since it took awhile for us to shift our process internally. Really appreciate working with Workflow Magic and would definitely recommend utilizing their expertise.
