Plus they set up reporting and organized all the information and data so I can best make, track, and close! our pitches. In particular, they looked at the various types of sales and pitches we do helped us categorize and segment the information in a way that will help us do reporting and manage the workflow process. This is a HUGE help to organizing my business and will save me countless hours going forward. I can't say enough about how terrific and helpful they are. Highly recommend.

We were wanting to use the software in a unique way in order to keep track of interactions not related to sales. The users are volunteers so the system needed to be set up for ease of use.
