Great work, lots of patience and creativity We knew our monday.com implementation wasn't going to be easy. We needed to take processes, workflow, dashboards and CRM from multiple platforms and sources and merge them into a single environment. We transitioned spreadsheets, integrated Hubspot and created workflows from manual processes. Lydia patiently worked through a project that seemed to grow in size and scope as we went through (our end - we kept adding as we saw the capabilities come through). She had a clear understanding of how to use monday and guided us on how best to set it up and use it. She saved a tremendous amount of time (and money) in having to learn how to do it and build it ourselves.
