GBWorkflow Magic was Magic Our team collaborated with Lydia Agopian, the CEO & Founder of Workflow Magic, to develop our Monday boards and establish our creative form process. We initiated weekly calls to ensure both parties understood the requirements and capabilities for each task. Lydia and her team successfully crafted everything we desired, including necessary automations to streamline our workflow. Our final project involved integrating an app from Monday to automate the conversion of submitted forms into PDFs. GBClunky Workflow VS Professional I hired Lydia to build a workflow for my company that was easy to use. I sent here detailed information along with a drawing of our workflow. I had to spend several hours on ZOOM with her trying to explain what I wanted. After many weeks, I gave up working with her and found a company in Australia. I sent them the same information I sent Lydia. The design is exactly what I wanted with a few minor changes/updates. They both built a "workflow". GBBest decision we made to get the most out of Monday! Victoria was quick to understand what we were trying to accomplish. We were wanting to use the software in a unique way in order to keep track of interactions not related to sales. The users are volunteers so the system needed to be set up for ease of use.
