Best decision we made to get the most out of Monday! Victoria was quick to understand what we were trying to accomplish. We were wanting to use the software in a unique way in order to keep track of interactions not related to sales. The users are volunteers so the system needed to be set up for ease of use. Victoria saved us time and help gain adoption of the new system! She was great to work with and listened to what we needed and executed so well. What would take us hours now is done in seconds! Great work, lots of patience and creativity We knew our monday.com implementation wasn't going to be easy. We needed to take processes, workflow, dashboards and CRM from multiple platforms and sources and merge them into a single environment. We transitioned spreadsheets, integrated Hubspot and created workflows from manual processes. Lydia patiently worked through a project that seemed to grow in size and scope as we went through (our end - we kept adding as we saw the capabilities come through). She had a clear understanding of how to use monday and guided us on how best to set it up and use it. She saved a tremendous amount of time (and money) in having to learn how to do it and build it ourselves.
