Clunky Workflow VS Professional I hired Lydia to build a workflow for my company that was easy to use. I sent here detailed information along with a drawing of our workflow. I had to spend several hours on ZOOM with her trying to explain what I wanted. After many weeks, I gave up working with her and found a company in Australia. I sent them the same information I sent Lydia. The design is exactly what I wanted with a few minor changes/updates. They both built a "workflow".
