Best decision we made to get the most out of Monday! Victoria was quick to understand what we were trying to accomplish. We were wanting to use the software in a unique way in order to keep track of interactions not related to sales. The users are volunteers so the system needed to be set up for ease of use. Great experience for Monday.com API connection to an ATS We had a great experience working with Lydia to connect our new CRM (Monday.com) to our new ATS. The whole process was smooth and efficient and she kept us well updated on progress. We were able to build scenarios that flow between both systems and even were able to address some unexpected challenges as we dug into the project. The whole thing came in ahead of schedule and their support after going live has been excellent.
