GBGreat experience for Monday.com API connection to an ATS We had a great experience working with Lydia to connect our new CRM (Monday.com) to our new ATS. The whole process was smooth and efficient and she kept us well updated on progress. We were able to build scenarios that flow between both systems and even were able to address some unexpected challenges as we dug into the project. The whole thing came in ahead of schedule and their support after going live has been excellent. We are very happy with what they have built and would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to others looking to integrate with Monday.com!

GBClunky Workflow VS Professional I hired Lydia to build a workflow for my company that was easy to use. I sent here detailed information along with a drawing of our workflow. I had to spend several hours on ZOOM with her trying to explain what I wanted. After many weeks, I gave up working with her and found a company in Australia. I sent them the same information I sent Lydia. The design is exactly what I wanted with a few minor changes/updates. They both built a "workflow". Lydia built one that is "Clucky" and upstreamtech.io in Austrailia built one that can run a business The difference in cost is 100% worth it.

GBEasy to Work With Ryan Nelson was amazing to work with. He quickly handled our requests, communicated with us frequently, and offered helpful solutions to meet our needs. The only reason I didn't rate this at 5 stars was because we would have liked a more in depth understanding of our business' processes to align to, where as some of the solutions provided seemed like they were previously used client templates with slight adjustments. With that said, we are still very happy with the work they did and would use them again in the future.

GBLydia and Victoria were fantastic Lydia and Victoria were fantastic. They helped me understand all the functionality available on Monday.com that I never would have known myself. Plus they set up reporting and organized all the information and data so I can best make, track, and close! our pitches. In particular, they looked at the various types of sales and pitches we do helped us categorize and segment the information in a way that will help us do reporting and manage the workflow process. This is a HUGE help to organizing my business and will save me countless hours going forward. I can't say enough about how terrific and helpful they are. Highly recommend.

GBGreat work, lots of patience and creativity We knew our monday.com implementation wasn't going to be easy. We needed to take processes, workflow, dashboards and CRM from multiple platforms and sources and merge them into a single environment. We transitioned spreadsheets, integrated Hubspot and created workflows from manual processes. Lydia patiently worked through a project that seemed to grow in size and scope as we went through (our end - we kept adding as we saw the capabilities come through). She had a clear understanding of how to use monday and guided us on how best to set it up and use it. She saved a tremendous amount of time (and money) in having to learn how to do it and build it ourselves. Highly recommend working with Lydia if you need help building and/or tweaking a monday.com environment.
