I also love the customer service. People who work for the support team are great. They always help me find an answer or come up with a solution when I can't figure something out. :)

They can go right to the problem and fix it. In addition, they try to show you things with videos and screenshots and sometimes they give you a call just to calrify things, and they are usually quick to answer your questions
