Knows his stuff upside down and backwards and is super friendly, reassuring, and takes the time to explain the process in layman's terms without being patronizing whatsoever. He went above and beyond to rescue my data from a failed hard drive with a bad head and succeeded miraculously. Because the drive was so damaged, it took longer than the average recovery and required a special machine, but he didn't charge me any extra. He's now my go-to guy for all my computer repairs/mods.

My go to computer stop My go to computer stop! After letting my MacBook Pro with a corrupted hard drive collect dust for 2 years I found this place on Yelp and called. Within a few days they recovered all my data off the hard drive and put it on a external hard drive I owned. They installed a larger, faster hard drive with the (then) day old Sierra Mac operating system. I don't know much about computers, but everything was explained and my computer feels brand new! Thanks for everything Vahan!! :)
