The tax is very easy to follow, and generated very quickly, if you get problems, i have found the chat always takes you to a human, not a BOT, which was very valuable to me, and the woman was brilliant, sorted me out in a very short space of time. I can't imagine anything better. The service is great as far as I can tell. It seems trustworthy, and I understand why it exists, but the entire crypto tax scheme is so confusing that it leaves you hoping that everything is correct when you use a service like Koinly. It's certainly better than anything I could have ever done on my own, and I plan to use it hence forth. I'm glad that it generates the actual tax form (8949) that the IRS wants. My accountant found that very helpful. I tried a couple different services and I found Koinly to be the most accurate and least confusing.
