Simple and functional, great online backup option If you need simple and functional software with all the features for backup in the clouds, OpenDrive is your answer. Working with it is very enjoyable and simple. I really like using the OpenDrive cloud storage service because of the easy access to my files and data. It has a unique Direct Link (download) feature. The uploading and the downloading speed are pretty fast depending on my internet connection stability. OpenDrive offers 5GB of Free Storage space. Paid plans are reasonably priced as well. Overall, it has a good value for money spend here. OpenDrive helps keep files with me everywhere I go - computers, phones, tablets, etc. It’s great, especially when working from home or on the road. I also like the phone app, it's very user-friendly.

OPENDRIVE = CHEAP NAS SUPPORT I think OpenDrive is an amazing offer for the cheap economy of the package. You get the access of three essential tools: Notes, Storage, and a Task Manager. You have access to all these useful features even on their Free edition. Therefore, OpenDrive is essentially a Free All-In-One GTD program. You can save yourself the money of subscribing to three apps for Storage, Notes, and Task Management, and only subscribe to OpenDrive. I highly recommend the Paid version of OpenDrive specifically to take advantage of the NAS aspect. The Data Capped Paid subscription with approved NAS support allows you to stream your entertainment from the cloud, such as: your music and videos. However, if you do not require Entertainment streaming, then signing up for their Paid ‘Personal Unlimited’ plan gives you Unlimited storage and notes for all your files.

Shockingly bad storage provider. Shockingly bad storage provider. What a nightmare I've had with these guys. Desktop app for macOS is beyond buggy, upload speeds are horrible (had an ongoing ticket open for 5 months to troubleshoot!). Doesn't matter if you have unlimited storage if your upload speeds take 6 hours to upload a 1GB file. Web GUI is unintuitive and almost as buggy as the desktop app. It appears OpenDrive created a competitive product 5 or 6 years years ago, by now the competition wipes the floor with what they're offering. Turns out there's a v good reason why these guys never appear on any top 10 etc lists of providers, I should have guessed unlimited was too good to be true.

OpenDrive is a absolute life saver!! OpenDrive is a absolute life saver!! I have problems getting mp3s to load within my project for a plugin on a game. For me for some reason it works, but some other players it fails to load in the files with other services like Youtube, Google Drive and a couple others I've tried. Packing all files directly into the project makes the file to big, as it takes ages to download to those with low internet speed. Then I found OpenDrive and all links to the mp3s load without any issues. Just amazing and saving me a lot of headaches! Incl me, lots of people are happy with this :D
