Honestly there are zero complaints I can think of and I have used them for my server for a year now. The user interface is simple to navigate, and it comes with a extensive knowledge base for you to look at all the info you'll need to get your server going. I should also add the customer service is among the best out there. I never had a issue having any of my questions answered , even the dumb questions were treated with respect and answered just like anyone else's questions. Great performance and even better customer service! Caught a 50% off Summer sale and got a whole year of hosting for a premium performance for an extremely reasonable price. Server setup was quick and easy thanks to their great UI, and their support staff is outstanding! They respond extremely quickly to chats and support tickets and their service agents are extremely knowledgeable. If I had to find a negative it's that they dont have built in tools to automate map and BP wipes for Rust servers.
