I've had two other site providers... I've had two other site providers over the last four years. Engage is the best priced & no other representatives has been as prompt in their replies or updates. In the initial setup, over a weeks time, I sent several change requests for page, photo updates, and reorganization. Had to re-submit a couple to communicate my desires, but with each change request, the tech rep responded with the new draft with in 24 hours. Refreshing to have good, prompt customer service.

Make the switch to Engage I wish I had done so years ago. Brian Wallace's service is outstanding. He helped me build a site I love. And he continues to make changes and additions in a timely manner, usually the same day! I'm already getting some excellent feedback. And I'm inspired to start adding new content regularly (like never before).

The Engage team explained how they could serve as a single contact for web page design and maintenance, DNS and domain coordination at a reasonable price. Bigger Plus: They would provide a project manger (a single contact person) for me to contact for web maintenance, and keep down time to a minimum during the transitions.
