I've had two other site providers... I've had two other site providers over the last four years. Engage is the best priced & no other representatives has been as prompt in their replies or updates. In the initial setup, over a weeks time, I sent several change requests for page, photo updates, and reorganization. Had to re-submit a couple to communicate my desires, but with each change request, the tech rep responded with the new draft with in 24 hours. Refreshing to have good, prompt customer service.

Great Job To be honest, I'm not the most tech savvy person and before I came to Engage, my online presence was admittedly horrible. Every step along the way has been a great experience so far. I'm so happy to have finally found a company that truly cares about their customers success. They lived up to their word and some... They lived up to their word and have been a pleasure to work with! Professional, Helpful, Talented. I was thinking about a web page and host upgrade when contacted. The Engage team explained how they could serve as a single contact for web page design and maintenance, DNS and domain coordination at a reasonable price. Bigger Plus: They would provide a project manger (a single contact person) for me to contact for web maintenance, and keep down time to a minimum during the transitions. Very pleased with the work and timely assistance.
