Great Job To be honest, I'm not the most tech savvy person and before I came to Engage, my online presence was admittedly horrible. Every step along the way has been a great experience so far. I'm so happy to have finally found a company that truly cares about their customers success. I've had two other site providers... I've had two other site providers over the last four years. Engage is the best priced & no other representatives has been as prompt in their replies or updates. In the initial setup, over a weeks time, I sent several change requests for page, photo updates, and reorganization. Had to re-submit a couple to communicate my desires, but with each change request, the tech rep responded with the new draft with in 24 hours. Refreshing to have good, prompt customer service.

I was thinking about a web page and host upgrade when contacted. The Engage team explained how they could serve as a single contact for web page design and maintenance, DNS and domain coordination at a reasonable price. Bigger Plus: They would provide a project manger (a single contact person) for me to contact for web maintenance, and keep down time to a minimum during the transitions. Very pleased with the work and timely assistance.
