Spencer was the first person I spoke… Spencer was the first person I spoke to. He was so knowledgeable, honest & transparent. He spoke my language. I realized what we weren’t getting from our previous “web designers.” He explained where my money was going and how the whole thing comes together. I know Engage is taking care of my mom & me. I love how even if I don’t continue using them(which isn’t going to happen) they won’t take my website from me!!

So much Spam. I get 3 to 5 form submissions from this company every month. They are relentless and won't stop. I have tried calling, email, etc and nothing. They just keep submitting forms every month. I just received an email from Engage support who is now really excited to talk to me. He explained that they have an employee in the Philippines who submits 500 forms per shift. This sure does sound like spam to me and he validated what I already knew.

I was thinking about a web page and host upgrade when contacted. The Engage team explained how they could serve as a single contact for web page design and maintenance, DNS and domain coordination at a reasonable price. Bigger Plus: They would provide a project manger (a single contact person) for me to contact for web maintenance, and keep down time to a minimum during the transitions. Very pleased with the work and timely assistance.

Excellent customer service and price So far Engage has been great! We just started their service, but appreciated the honesty of the sales people when asking questions about what they do and how effective they are at driving business to our company. The website creation was very fast and painless, plus they were able to port over our domain and email addresses in no time with no downtime.
