Expectations Super Exceeded We were with another company & came across Engage. Our last company we were with we literally couldn't get a hold of them at all. When speaking with Brian from Engage he said that he would definitely meet & even exceed our expectations. I've had two other site providers... I've had two other site providers over the last four years. Engage is the best priced & no other representatives has been as prompt in their replies or updates. In the initial setup, over a weeks time, I sent several change requests for page, photo updates, and reorganization. Had to re-submit a couple to communicate my desires, but with each change request, the tech rep responded with the new draft with in 24 hours. Refreshing to have good, prompt customer service.

Excellent customer service and price So far Engage has been great! We just started their service, but appreciated the honesty of the sales people when asking questions about what they do and how effective they are at driving business to our company. The website creation was very fast and painless, plus they were able to port over our domain and email addresses in no time with no downtime.

I was thinking about a web page and host upgrade when contacted. The Engage team explained how they could serve as a single contact for web page design and maintenance, DNS and domain coordination at a reasonable price. Bigger Plus: They would provide a project manger (a single contact person) for me to contact for web maintenance, and keep down time to a minimum during the transitions. Very pleased with the work and timely assistance.

The Best at a Reasonable Price After a year of working with Engage, I'm still impressed with how great their customer service is. Need an edit on your website? Done in a ridiculously short amount of time. Transitioning from our previous website provider was made painless by Engage as well. My latest email to Engage read: "Awesome Sauce! Your turnaround time on requests is amazing...Thank you!" I would recommend Brian W. and Engage 10 out of 10 times.
