GBSo much Spam. I get 3 to 5 form submissions from this company every month. They are relentless and won't stop. I have tried calling, email, etc and nothing. They just keep submitting forms every month. I just received an email from Engage support who is now really excited to talk to me. He explained that they have an employee in the Philippines who submits 500 forms per shift. This sure does sound like spam to me and he validated what I already knew.

GBjob done right at Engage In every trade you have can find through trial and error, or by researching or just by chance, people who are passionate about their service to every client and want to do their very best. I got such a good value with engage, and believe me, I know by now what is a good value in a website. I have been through two of the biggest website companies and a few smaller ones and no one ever got it right like Engage. They built on what had been done by others and made it really say something and a call for action way more effectively than most anyone else could or would have done. Look no further.

GBI've had two other site providers... I've had two other site providers over the last four years. Engage is the best priced & no other representatives has been as prompt in their replies or updates. In the initial setup, over a weeks time, I sent several change requests for page, photo updates, and reorganization. Had to re-submit a couple to communicate my desires, but with each change request, the tech rep responded with the new draft with in 24 hours. Refreshing to have good, prompt customer service.

GBThey lived up to their word and some... They lived up to their word and have been a pleasure to work with! Professional, Helpful, Talented. I was thinking about a web page and host upgrade when contacted. The Engage team explained how they could serve as a single contact for web page design and maintenance, DNS and domain coordination at a reasonable price. Bigger Plus: They would provide a project manger (a single contact person) for me to contact for web maintenance, and keep down time to a minimum during the transitions. Very pleased with the work and timely assistance.
