When an issue does arise the support is super fast and extremely knowledgable to fix any and all issues. Litespeed. Fast websites and fast service. I am really impressed with Litespeed. It comes free with our hosting so we were able to cancel our paid plugin. It has drastically increased our web speed on 2 sites. After setting up I did have a couple issues. I set up a support ticket and was super impressed with the speed accuracy and follow up to make sure my issues were resolved both times.

Great customer support I'm using the lightspeed cache plugin for my wordpress page, which is the best plugin I found that actually improves my pagespeed a lot in a quite easy way without completely messing up my website. I had a small issue though which I couldn't fix, so I contacted the support. The customer-support-team replied really quickly, the reason for my problem was a little hard to detect but the team invested a lot of time to help me fix the issue. Also, they were really patient with me since I didn't really know a lot about the issue and the different plugin settings and in the end, everything works fine now. Thanks a lot!
