Silver Hosting Staff do not behave like the *bot*like staff that other companies offer. They don't enter links for you to resolve the problem. They guide you step by step. They also compensate for any problems. For example by whole VPS was deleted with no reason. I got compensated 1 month free! Though that wouldn't have been much if my vps was a year old.
