Great experience! I work in the Market Research industry and sometimes some projects will require us to move at warp speed in order to meet tight deadlines. My first experience working with Motaword was on one such project. They turned around our translations in several languages within hours rather than the required days – all while being courteous and professional. Their platform was super easy to maneuver and most importantly, they got back to you right away to confirm requests. I also like their email delivery system of confirming receipt of documents and associated costs as well as the end documents. I highly recommend them!!

MotaWord: Enjoy the magic of AI I worked with MotaWord a couple of months ago and the translation was very fast and accurate. They claimed to be the "fastest business translation platform in the world" and proved that they are. At first, I didn't get how AI project management works, but they explained everything with a demo call. AI takes the project, invites translators, and delivers it back. Using people to work for them for free. Using people to work for them for free. They offer work to as many people as possible at the same time, which cannot provide consistency and unanimity, ever. After providing translation for all the glossary terms, I was accused for using machine translation - which was not the case, just an excuse to not be paid after doing my part. Never again:) So quickly they deleted my profile on the platform to not be able the translated strings (no matter what the error was) to be tracked and to show what I was working on. Everything is gone now, every track of what was done, like the typing mistake I commited in here earlier:)

Fast and good I was initially expecting translation and evaluation to take a lot of time, preparing for at least several days for each step. Instead it was done the next day. Also good job on client support - professional and quick. The only downside I faced is a bit jumpy auto locasisation of interface, but you can easily set needed locale manually anyway.
