The only negative comment I have about the experience is that I received emails over the next few days from the billing department asking for an e signature when this had already been given on the day of service.

I have used Norton 360 for many years, as it has been reliable, is "transparent" (does not get in the way of anything it shouldn't) and actually has real tech support if/when you need it. and guys at iclick solutions made the support super easy and comfortable.
