CASandy in the time needed y Sandy in the time needed y, the technician who helped me, was patient and did a very good job of making sure that my Norton 365 was installed completely and threats were removed from the computer. The only negative comment I have about the experience is that I received emails over the next few days from the billing department asking for an e signature when this had already been given on the day of service.
