Not a good experience 1st, my project was scoped with all the features/capabilities from the start. I gave them customer journey docs, story board images and gave user stories and spent countless hours trying to get them to understand what the business. Needless to say a project that was scoped/priced at 4 weeks to completion, turned into 7.5 months before live. Then, countless issues and lack of completing features made things even more difficult. I will say that they did respond quickly to the issues. However, it became too wearing to tolerate anymore as I was having to correct and catch things that a designer/developer should know. I canceled their support and have had to shell out more $ to move my site to a company that truly brings design options to the table and keeps my site working.

The deliverables were of very good quality, and arrived within the agreed timeframe. Would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them for any design-related work.

A Solid Partner We embarked upon a refinement and upgrade of our website. First, to improve download speeds. Second to create a geo-targeting for an expansion of business into Asia. Third for translation to another language. Fourth to add more bandwidth for our streaming educational experience. As with any project like this, there were challenges and issues.
