Paying for returns I ordered two pairs of dance shoes, one was loose around the ankle so no good for dancing. Returning is not a simple process, I have to email them, then send a photo of the soles showing they had not been worn, then pay the full return cost, that had to be sent within 7 days. I was offered 40% reduction to keep them but that's no good if they don't fit. The one pair I'm keeping are nice and fit well, but I won't buy again due to stress of returning them.

Great product. Excellent communication cation I am always reluctant to buy shoes online especially dance shoes. However I found dealing with with Dance and Sway excellent. They communicated well, learly and answered my fit questions. The shoes are good value for money. Delivery was reasonably quixk.

Had an ordering glitch and ordered two dresses in each color by accident. Company was great about it and made an offer to keep the extra or send them back. Great to deal with. Definitely buying from Dance and Sway again.
