AUBest customer service Online. I have given 5 stars because, although there were faults with my tray, customer service was exceptional in helping me resolve the issues to my satisfaction. It was a shame that there were these faults, as it was a lovely product, I do believe that I was just unlucky, and I wouldn’t hesitate to give Zazzle another go with their other products. I feel like when the customer service is so good and the customer comes first 100% of the time, you really have nothing to loose by trying Zazzle.

AUWe had a problem with delivery of our… We had a problem with delivery of our order which was completely our fault. Customer service officer Lily not only resolved the issue but went over and above to make sure we received our order in good time. Thank you

AUMISSING ORDERS Ordered 7 weeks before Christmas a personalised pillowcase, chased it up 2 weeks ago.....Sorry it's lost we'll produce another one. Great but now it's status is waiting to be picked up and that's four days ago!!! Am disappointed this will be missing for Christmas day... :(

AURESPECT & QUALITY The quality of fabric, professional design & excellence in workmanship with my items was beyond excellent. I dealt with Cristina wonderful young lady. So far I have bought two body cushions covered in artwork print & two matching bed throws. The 2 rooms I am decorating look stunning. As for service there is none better. I was shown respect & courtesy on a phone chat & also with an email. I strongly endorse ZazzleAU

AUTwo T-shirts, too happy with the deal. I ordered two 'Jane Austen' themed T-shirts from Zazzle. They are great quality and arrived in no time at all. I had misjudged my size, but as soon as I contacted Zazzle they replied and were extremely helpful and generous in their response. I will most certainly be recommending them to my family and friends.
