I had misjudged my size, but as soon as I contacted Zazzle they replied and were extremely helpful and generous in their response. I will most certainly be recommending them to my family and friends.

AUA+ company with exceptional customer… A+ company with exceptional customer service. Happy and helpful, with beautiful products. I had neglected to leave something out on the personalised item I had purchased. Not only did they fix my error but gave me clear instructions on where to find the information for my next purchase. Such a joyful experience.

AUI would like to give a zero review Ordered and paid 01.11.2023, the email from Zazzle said order received 02.11.2023. On 07.11.2023 Zazzle notified me that the order had been made. The tracker says parcel received and processed 15.11.2023. The tracker now says that the parcel arrived in the destination country 18.12.2023 - more than a month later. Today is 20.12.2023. I have still not received the order. Never again.

AUA gift I ordered for a family member… A gift I ordered for a family member did not arrive. I contacted Zazzle, who asked that other possibilities be checked (correct address, etc). Once these drew a blank, Zazzle immediately agreed to provide a free replacement, to be delivered by a faster postal system. Fully satisfied, could ask for nothing more.

AUCarfeful, seek alternative company Ordered card 4 weeks ago, still has not arrived. Have contacted customer service multiple times for an update and lately asking for a refund, and they refusing to provide a refund. Now they are not replying to my emails at all. Be wary of using this company, try and seek an alternative.
