Everything went wrong and it seems… Everything went wrong and it seems people either get a good experience or a horrible one and I am the later! Not one deadline was met and they made a mess out of my website. Took liberties and messed up parts of the site they should not have touched. Never give them access to you site! They took a staging site live without it being approved and then proceeded to trash my site and i had to restore an old backup. Good thing I had one cuz they did not even back up the site before they dumped untested stuff into it!

Additionally, there very affordable maintenance program allowed for all the bugs and new problems to constantly be dealt with as well as upgrades.
