A support team who work hard to find a solution The tech doesn't always work as intended, and I am still struggling because they took too long to update their software to cope with global changes to Internet infrastructure, but I cannot fault their customer support team who always try their hardest to solve the issue or find a work around. Once again they have helped me solve the problem..

She is an expert in all issues as I also raised billing issues within the same incident. She made sure all my issues are addressed and even explained the billing methods to me with complete patience.
