Imagine Salesforce telling you this... All good reviews are fake. They are incentivising people to write reviews. Anna K definitely cannot help you much.

They won't refund my money either, even though I prepaid for a full year and hence they are not following through with their promises, I don't need to associate with them and can only warn everyone else.
