GBSupport could be better The service is good though support could be better as it does take quite a while for support to actually deal with your issue if I see an improvement in the response times for support ill gladly make it a 5-star review also, please don't look at this as I'm trying to give you guys a bad name but just from my experience issues do get resolved but it does take longer than it should
