Highly responsive with immediate results Someone from the company emailed me and asked if I'd be interested in a free website redesign offer as an author. I accepted, and they worked on it immediately. They said their turnaround time was 4-5 days, but it was finished in one day. There were some things I didn't like about the first version, and I gave them my feedback and a list of changes, which they set to work on implementing immediately and finished within a few hours. The second version after the changes were made looked fantastic. They asked for my feedback, and I went through the second version and found a few more changes and some problems to fix, and they immediately fixed them within less than an hour. They didn't finish working on and updating the site until I was fully satisfied. I couldn't be happier with the final version and it gives a professional varnish to the original website while making it much more user-friendly. The company was very professional and immediately responsive to my feedback, keeping an ongoing exchange with me the whole time. I'd highly recommend them.
