Over the last years, only one time have I received a perfume that had obviously turned bad; they reimbursed my purchase without any problem (it was a cheapie, maybe 15$. I don't know how would had been the service over a more pricey item)

I received open non sealed Dolce and… I received opened non sealed Dolce and Gabanna Velvet Insenso without cell phone as " brand new boxed in title. Made compliant and didn't return back and stopped replying to my messages until I messaged them from another email again. until they return it back. Then each time I order and have concern or question, they do not reply to me. Seems that they discriminate customers who make compliants or leave feedback to them.
