Vitalchek Delivery Service is Terrible Vitalchek is foolish to use UPS as a carrier/delivery service. UPS is one of the very worst companies I’ve ever encountered…and 92% of reviews on Trustpilot leave only 1 of 5 star ratings. Wake up, Vitalchek…do better!!

Long Form of Birth Certificate The experience and company is great. Needed my birth certificate that had my time of birth on it. I was able to order what they call as the long form of the birth certificate and received it within a couple of days with no issues. I thank the company Vitalchek for making the experience so simple and easy

I was supposed to receive an email… I was supposed to receive an email letting me know when it would be shipped, never got one. I emailed my concern due to taking weeks n was told they would check it out n get back to me, I received it in the mail later that day. You should maybe send out the emails that you tell people they'll receive instead of having the person just waiting for weeks with no word
