Could be streamlined but still good The process was a little confusing- received order confirmation than another email that canceled an order. Then tracking was a little wonky. Only one item was confirmed shipped and tracking. But both items showed up in separate packages fast! Overall an interesting experience, I would order again.

Patience It took over a month for the product to ship, but when it did, it didn't take long until it arrived. This might be because I live in a complicated area, because of low stock or just me being a casualty:) I love my fast beanie!!!
