Troubleshooting an issue with Sites I use MailerLite primarily for hosting resources under the Sites heading. I was having trouble loading my resources, e.g. resources (dot) mydomain (dot) com/resource. The Bot was friendly and quickly found an available agent for me to speak with. David was upbeat and friendly, and was able to fix my problem within minutes. All of my Sites are working again.

Happy to use Mailerlite Well, you have a great app, I like all the things you provide. The email authorification made me a little frustrated... But overall you live chat customer service is awesome and so kind and helpfull (David and Mariia) - they helped me with my issue and made my client happy too. I love MailerLite! I love that MailerLite is easy to use. I love that I can set up automations to onboard new subscribers, and use features like surveys in my newsletters. Their support staff is excellent, too! So knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.
