Despite MailerLite's focus on simplicity, their support team has given me detailed and thoughtful answers when I needed a more in-depth explanation.

He worked with me for about an hour. It's hard to find excellent customer support these days, and he definitely exceeded my expectations.

No authetication possible I have the free plan, and after going to the 'new' Mailerlite all my campaigns are gone. Also authentication is not possible. I have made the required records in DNS, and they look good, but authentication gives errors. I have used ML for 5 years, and it was really good, but I have to try another service now.
