Always great service! I always have great service from MailerLite Support. I don't know what goes on behind the scenes, but on my end, it sure looks like the team is calm and patient and always willing to work through my issues until they are resolved.

EXCEPTIONAL and FAST customer support from Denise!!! We had made a mistake on our automation timing and the sequence had triggered too early. We needed to set up an auxiliary automation and didn't understand how to import the affected subscribers, which would trigger the new series of emails. It was Saturday night and Denise got back to us in MINUTES! We went back and forth a few times and she was SO FAST. Finally, she offered to import the affected subscribers for us and this new automation triggered only TWO MINUTES LATER! Despite MailerLite's focus on simplicity, their support team has given me detailed and thoughtful answers when I needed a more in-depth explanation.
