But overall you live chat customer service is awesome and so kind and helpfull (David and Mariia) - they helped me with my issue and made my client happy too. So I am having good experience with you guys :).

I find it's complicated enough to do intricate things, but also not too complicated like some other (more expensive) options (hi Active Campaign). I'm happy to recommend. Troubleshooting an issue with Sites I use MailerLite primarily for hosting resources under the Sites heading. I was having trouble loading my resources, e.g. resources (dot) mydomain (dot) com/resource. The Bot was friendly and quickly found an available agent for me to speak with. David was upbeat and friendly, and was able to fix my problem within minutes. All of my Sites are working again.

He worked with me for about an hour. It's hard to find excellent customer support these days, and he definitely exceeded my expectations.
