MailerLite Has The Best Customer Service I have used the MailerLite email marketing services for the past two years for my WordPress website. The customer service was exceptional whenever I had a problem I could not figure out. MailerLite also provides written guidelines and videos I find most helpful. According to Forbes, it was rated as one of the best email marketing software of 2023. That has always been my experience.

He worked with me for about an hour. It's hard to find excellent customer support these days, and he definitely exceeded my expectations.

But overall you live chat customer service is awesome and so kind and helpfull (David and Mariia) - they helped me with my issue and made my client happy too. Automation can be Confusing Automation can be Confusing! Submitting a form on the weekend - no problem. A reply email arrived stating that someone would reply to me as soon as possible. They did, and it was still the weekend. The automation issues were fixed, and further questions from me were answered in a timely and knowledgeable manner. Thanks Team
