He worked with me for about an hour. It's hard to find excellent customer support these days, and he definitely exceeded my expectations.

No authetication possible I have the free plan, and after going to the 'new' Mailerlite all my campaigns are gone. Also authentication is not possible. I have made the required records in DNS, and they look good, but authentication gives errors. I have used ML for 5 years, and it was really good, but I have to try another service now.

But overall you live chat customer service is awesome and so kind and helpfull (David and Mariia) - they helped me with my issue and made my client happy too. I love MailerLite! I love that MailerLite is easy to use. I love that I can set up automations to onboard new subscribers, and use features like surveys in my newsletters. Their support staff is excellent, too! So knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

It was very scary It was very scary when I wasn’t receiving the verification code meaning I couldn’t access my account. I finally got to support and Vaida couldn’t have been more helpful explaining what was happening that end. Thankfully, all was sorted and I am now in my account again. Thank you.
