Happy to use Mailerlite Well, you have a great app, I like all the things you provide. The email authorification made me a little frustrated... But overall you live chat customer service is awesome and so kind and helpfull (David and Mariia) - they helped me with my issue and made my client happy too. So I am having good experience with you guys :).

EXCEPTIONAL and FAST customer support from Denise!!! We had made a mistake on our automation timing and the sequence had triggered too early. We needed to set up an auxiliary automation and didn't understand how to import the affected subscribers, which would trigger the new series of emails. It was Saturday night and Denise got back to us in MINUTES! We went back and forth a few times and she was SO FAST. Finally, she offered to import the affected subscribers for us and this new automation triggered only TWO MINUTES LATER! I have worked customer support myself and am so impressed by her professionalism, swiftness, and friendliness. Thank you so much Denise!!!

Automation can be Confusing Automation can be Confusing! Submitting a form on the weekend - no problem. A reply email arrived stating that someone would reply to me as soon as possible. They did, and it was still the weekend. The automation issues were fixed, and further questions from me were answered in a timely and knowledgeable manner. Thanks Team

I love MailerLite! I love that MailerLite is easy to use. I love that I can set up automations to onboard new subscribers, and use features like surveys in my newsletters. Their support staff is excellent, too! So knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

A great choice for email marketing Very happy with Mailerlite after around a year of using it. I find it's complicated enough to do intricate things, but also not too complicated like some other (more expensive) options (hi Active Campaign). I'm happy to recommend. It has help grow my business without question.
