Automation can be Confusing Automation can be Confusing! Submitting a form on the weekend - no problem. A reply email arrived stating that someone would reply to me as soon as possible. No authetication possible I have the free plan, and after going to the 'new' Mailerlite all my campaigns are gone. Also authentication is not possible. I have made the required records in DNS, and they look good, but authentication gives errors. I have used ML for 5 years, and it was really good, but I have to try another service now.

EXCEPTIONAL and FAST customer support from Denise!!! We had made a mistake on our automation timing and the sequence had triggered too early. We needed to set up an auxiliary automation and didn't understand how to import the affected subscribers, which would trigger the new series of emails. It was Saturday night and Denise got back to us in MINUTES! We went back and forth a few times and she was SO FAST. Finally, she offered to import the affected subscribers for us and this new automation triggered only TWO MINUTES LATER! I have worked customer support myself and am so impressed by her professionalism, swiftness, and friendliness. Thank you so much Denise!!!
