Troubleshooting an issue with Sites I use MailerLite primarily for hosting resources under the Sites heading. I was having trouble loading my resources, e.g. resources (dot) mydomain (dot) com/resource. The Bot was friendly and quickly found an available agent for me to speak with. David was upbeat and friendly, and was able to fix my problem within minutes. All of my Sites are working again.

No authetication possible I have the free plan, and after going to the 'new' Mailerlite all my campaigns are gone. Also authentication is not possible. I have made the required records in DNS, and they look good, but authentication gives errors. I have used ML for 5 years, and it was really good, but I have to try another service now.

Thrilled with the support I have received many recommendations to use MailerLite because it is said to be extremely easy to use. I had a bit of a challenge in activating my account, but I am extremely happy and grateful for the support you have given me. You guided me nicely step by step, until the final activation of the account. Thank you very much for all your help. I will happily recommend using MailerLite in the future.

Always great service! I always have great service from MailerLite Support. I don't know what goes on behind the scenes, but on my end, it sure looks like the team is calm and patient and always willing to work through my issues until they are resolved.
