I had a bit of a challenge in activating my account, but I am extremely happy and grateful for the support you have given me. Troubleshooting an issue with Sites I use MailerLite primarily for hosting resources under the Sites heading. I was having trouble loading my resources, e.g. resources (dot) mydomain (dot) com/resource. The Bot was friendly and quickly found an available agent for me to speak with. David was upbeat and friendly, and was able to fix my problem within minutes. All of my Sites are working again.

No authetication possible I have the free plan, and after going to the 'new' Mailerlite all my campaigns are gone. Also authentication is not possible. I have made the required records in DNS, and they look good, but authentication gives errors. I have used ML for 5 years, and it was really good, but I have to try another service now.

A great choice for email marketing Very happy with Mailerlite after around a year of using it. I find it's complicated enough to do intricate things, but also not too complicated like some other (more expensive) options (hi Active Campaign). I'm happy to recommend. It has help grow my business without question.

I love MailerLite! I love that MailerLite is easy to use. I love that I can set up automations to onboard new subscribers, and use features like surveys in my newsletters. Their support staff is excellent, too! So knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.
