NLNo authetication possible I have the free plan, and after going to the 'new' Mailerlite all my campaigns are gone. Also authentication is not possible. I have made the required records in DNS, and they look good, but authentication gives errors. I have used ML for 5 years, and it was really good, but I have to try another service now.

CAAlways great service! I always have great service from MailerLite Support. I don't know what goes on behind the scenes, but on my end, it sure looks like the team is calm and patient and always willing to work through my issues until they are resolved.

NZIt was very scary It was very scary when I wasn’t receiving the verification code meaning I couldn’t access my account. I finally got to support and Vaida couldn’t have been more helpful explaining what was happening that end. Thankfully, all was sorted and I am now in my account again. Thank you.

SEI've just signed up to mailerlite I've just signed up to mailerlite. There's of course a bunch to learn and having the chat option in the more expensive plan has been veru useful. Looking forward to using automations and other features to send out email to my email list! Thanks.
