The customer service was exceptional whenever I had a problem I could not figure out. MailerLite also provides written guidelines and videos I find most helpful. According to Forbes, it was rated as one of the best email marketing software of 2023. That has always been my experience.

No authetication possible I have the free plan, and after going to the 'new' Mailerlite all my campaigns are gone. Also authentication is not possible. I have made the required records in DNS, and they look good, but authentication gives errors. I have used ML for 5 years, and it was really good, but I have to try another service now.
