NZIt was very scary It was very scary when I wasn’t receiving the verification code meaning I couldn’t access my account. I finally got to support and Vaida couldn’t have been more helpful explaining what was happening that end. Thankfully, all was sorted and I am now in my account again. Thank you.

GBTroubleshooting an issue with Sites I use MailerLite primarily for hosting resources under the Sites heading. I was having trouble loading my resources, e.g. resources (dot) mydomain (dot) com/resource. The Bot was friendly and quickly found an available agent for me to speak with. David was upbeat and friendly, and was able to fix my problem within minutes. All of my Sites are working again.

NLNo authetication possible I have the free plan, and after going to the 'new' Mailerlite all my campaigns are gone. Also authentication is not possible. I have made the required records in DNS, and they look good, but authentication gives errors. I have used ML for 5 years, and it was really good, but I have to try another service now.

GBI was having a problem authenticating… I was having a problem authenticating my account. I contacted maierlite support and they assisted me in getting this task accomplished within minutes. Bravo
