Troubleshooting an issue with Sites I use MailerLite primarily for hosting resources under the Sites heading. I was having trouble loading my resources, e.g. resources (dot) mydomain (dot) com/resource. The Bot was friendly and quickly found an available agent for me to speak with. David was upbeat and friendly, and was able to fix my problem within minutes. All of my Sites are working again.

No authetication possible I have the free plan, and after going to the 'new' Mailerlite all my campaigns are gone. Also authentication is not possible. I have made the required records in DNS, and they look good, but authentication gives errors. I have used ML for 5 years, and it was really good, but I have to try another service now.

A great choice for email marketing Very happy with Mailerlite after around a year of using it. I find it's complicated enough to do intricate things, but also not too complicated like some other (more expensive) options (hi Active Campaign). I'm happy to recommend. It has help grow my business without question.

Always great service! I always have great service from MailerLite Support. I don't know what goes on behind the scenes, but on my end, it sure looks like the team is calm and patient and always willing to work through my issues until they are resolved.

Automation can be Confusing Automation can be Confusing! Submitting a form on the weekend - no problem. A reply email arrived stating that someone would reply to me as soon as possible. They did, and it was still the weekend. The automation issues were fixed, and further questions from me were answered in a timely and knowledgeable manner. Thanks Team
