GBMailerLite Has The Best Customer Service I have used the MailerLite email marketing services for the past two years for my WordPress website. The customer service was exceptional whenever I had a problem I could not figure out. MailerLite also provides written guidelines and videos I find most helpful. According to Forbes, it was rated as one of the best email marketing software of 2023. That has always been my experience.

NZIt was very scary It was very scary when I wasn’t receiving the verification code meaning I couldn’t access my account. I finally got to support and Vaida couldn’t have been more helpful explaining what was happening that end. Thankfully, all was sorted and I am now in my account again. Thank you.

GBEXCEPTIONAL and FAST customer support from Denise!!! We had made a mistake on our automation timing and the sequence had triggered too early. We needed to set up an auxiliary automation and didn't understand how to import the affected subscribers, which would trigger the new series of emails. It was Saturday night and Denise got back to us in MINUTES! We went back and forth a few times and she was SO FAST. Finally, she offered to import the affected subscribers for us and this new automation triggered only TWO MINUTES LATER! I have worked customer support myself and am so impressed by her professionalism, swiftness, and friendliness. Thank you so much Denise!!!

GBA great choice for email marketing Very happy with Mailerlite after around a year of using it. I find it's complicated enough to do intricate things, but also not too complicated like some other (more expensive) options (hi Active Campaign). I'm happy to recommend. It has help grow my business without question.
