GBEXCEPTIONAL and FAST customer support from Denise!!! We had made a mistake on our automation timing and the sequence had triggered too early. We needed to set up an auxiliary automation and didn't understand how to import the affected subscribers, which would trigger the new series of emails. It was Saturday night and Denise got back to us in MINUTES! We went back and forth a few times and she was SO FAST. Finally, she offered to import the affected subscribers for us and this new automation triggered only TWO MINUTES LATER! I have worked customer support myself and am so impressed by her professionalism, swiftness, and friendliness. Thank you so much Denise!!!

GBTroubleshooting an issue with Sites I use MailerLite primarily for hosting resources under the Sites heading. I was having trouble loading my resources, e.g. resources (dot) mydomain (dot) com/resource. The Bot was friendly and quickly found an available agent for me to speak with. David was upbeat and friendly, and was able to fix my problem within minutes. All of my Sites are working again.
