10/10 customer service If you've had even one quick exchange with their customer support team, you'll know that SlideModel strives to offer nothing other than the best. Despite it being a Saturday night, I was able to have an awesome conversation with their team. They left me with no questions, and were incredibly helpful in addressing my issue. 95% of these reviews have 5-stars for a reason.

Easy to Navigate, Good value I found some very nice Powerpoint diagramming symbols on a few of the sets on SlideModel. The signup was easy and very well explained. They offer nice short-term membership that really worked for me. Would definitely use the site again.

No trial on free account. Website reads "Sign up for a free account to download this template." After signing up, the template requires upgrading to $199/year account and doesn't allow you to trial the template to see if it even works.

Great value for the price Purchasing was extremely simple and received great value for money. I purchased because I needed a SWOT Analysis template, and then continue to use the site for every presentation I had. Templates are very easy to edit, and when I needed some help (mainly in the templates that involved some complex animation) their support team helped me to customize the slides as per my request. I plan to continue using the site in the near future. Really satisfied.

DO NOT BUY FROM Slidemodel! Slidemodel's products are limited and not high quality. I searched serveral different ways on this site and was not able to find a slide deck applicable to the business process I was searching for. They are antiquated. I contacted them to cancel the subscription and refund my money. They canceled the subscription and refuse to refund my money. They could have prorated the return based upon the 10 months that were left in the subscrition. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
