Poor Customer Service Order took over 24 hours due to a glitch on the service’s side, but I’m still charged for faster service. No attempt was made to rectify the unusual wait time. If I had not contacted them, then I doubt they’d have fulfilled the service. The order also did not state to claim lighthouse rewards. The booster not only did this, but appears to have scrapped 2 completed cards- denying me two more opportunities to exchange those cards for adepts or use them for farming. This is highly disappointing.

Happy and satisfied I worked with Sandy, and was happy with the work attitude. She even went a step up and finish a triumph I was close to finishing so it was worth the price.
