So far I have had only good experiences… So far I have had only good experiences with snakecraft hosting. As someone who is completely tech and software illiterate, I am very thankful for the fast responses of their staff and their willingness to help install mods, plugins ect. In Addition to the great server hosting, they also managed to create an active and engaging community in discord. They are also constantly looking to improve and take big value in the feedback that they're given! With all the MC servers I've had so far, I definitely feel like Snakecraft hosting has been the easiest and also most engaging option that I've had so far!

Above and Beyond!!! Everything, Ethan was awesome, you could tell he has been working hard as he send the wrong communication to me and you know it ate him up, I told him life happens, it was funny, but again Ethan was bad ass!!! He went above and beyond, he helped point me in the right direction when I couldn't figure out my configuration, walked me through a few steps and blam, up and running. Also helped me connect to the discord to ask further questions about adding people to a whitelist.

High quality Staff / Service I worked directly with the owner of Snake Craft. A very professional and friendly fellow. The VM's he provided me with were super fast, and had great ping and preformance. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking.

I only wish it were easier to upload… I only wish it were easier to upload and mount custom ISOs because I do that frequently.

Love it 🙂 Great service. I was a little hesitant at first because of the very affordable prices which didn’t seem realistic compared to some…. Well expensive servers. The speeds are so consistent and fast even faster then some other server hosters.
