They have good custumer service which replies almost instantoy and theyve been really helpful. The prices may be a bit hihger then most places, but their qualitty servies and products make up for it. All in all, its a good website. I recomend it.

Poor packaging and no response My order arrived covered in anti-frizz serum which leaked from a bottle that was improperly packaged in the envelope. It was a huge mess to clean up the other items in the order, in addition to losing the product that leaked. I immediately sent an email to customer service, including a picture of the leaked bottle. One week (five business days) later I have not received a response. I am very disappointed in this lack of concern for the customer experience.
