Poor packaging and no response My order arrived covered in anti-frizz serum which leaked from a bottle that was improperly packaged in the envelope. It was a huge mess to clean up the other items in the order, in addition to losing the product that leaked. I immediately sent an email to customer service, including a picture of the leaked bottle. One week (five business days) later I have not received a response. I am very disappointed in this lack of concern for the customer experience.

My sister's elation I bought the lipstick for my sister, in Florida, who had been using the lipstick for years and recently couldn't find it ANYWHERE. I told her I'd do some research for her and much to our surprise and "elation", I found your site!!!! She is beyond thrilled to have it once again!
