It has been 11 months now It has been 11 months now, and I remain disappointed in this company's ability to perform as professionals. Very vanilla generic web site was created riff with childish mistakes. Ridiculously hard to get corrections made without more mistakes being made. It seems like a one man show, Jack is sometimes very hard to reach, weeks at times. Jack is always pleasant to converse with, but he has too much on his plate. I spent an immense amount of time preparing corrections to be carried out that just did not get accomplished correctly. Jack never contacted me on how to carry out the changes if they were not understood.
