I paid for my order, login ultalab print out psc form, book questdiagnostics, go the lab have blood draw done. 3 days later result came to my email you can check with ultalab or quest diagnostics website.

Once I arrived at the local testing center, I checked in via kiosk and within 10 minutes or less, I was getting tested. Results came to my email quickly.
