I've recently had the best call… I've recently had the best call interpreter her name was Irene Corey she was flawless between the member and me she spoke clearly and pleasant you could tell she loved her job I've been doing customer services for a long time over the phone I got to say SHE IS TRULY A JEWEL AND SHOULD BE HANDLE AS IS and definitely need a RAISE she really represent the company well I wish I got get her every time I need an interpreter of all languages . 5 star ***** Thank you again Irene :) 324658

Excellent company to work for. I have worked at LSA full-time for over 16 years and have only had a positive experience. I enjoy working with Face to Face, everyone is very professional and friendly. Never had an issue with the coordinators nor management. Always very supportive. Excellent company to work for. I love the work that I do. Working as a Spanish interpreter in the medical field is very rewarding. Thank you LSA for the opportunity, I hope to continue offering my service for many years to come.

LSA is a great agency to work for LSA is a great agency to work for. Invoicing is very easy and user friendly right on their website. Everyone who works there with whom I have interacted is very friendly and has excellent customer service skills to get the problem solved. Payment is always on time, and the payment schedule, although a little bizarre, is pretty clearly explained ahead of time and in each email confirmation. The system for accepting assignments is easy to use and makes sense, but it can be frustrating at times when you lose an assignment because you don't have internet at the moment or when one of your jobs gets canceled and rescheduled and instead of you being asked directly for the rescheduled job first it goes instead into the system so that whoever responds first gets it. Once you have a job there's an extra verification step to opening up the email so that's kind of a pain and makes it so you try your best not to open up the email again. These are just nitpicking things because overall this agency is one of my favorites in terms of ease of invoicing, great customer service, and variety of assignments/clients. I have and continue to recommend this agency to others!

Here's to 10 years more! I've been with the LSA for more than 10 years now. These were wonderful years of real pleasure of working for such a fine and highly professional company. I'm really fortunate to be contracted with the agency that show their efforts and dedication to their contractors. All that, in turn, increases enthusiasm of the interpreters and they are now getting more committed towards their job. From the time I started with the LSA, you have been nothing but helpful and supportive and it means more to me than you'll ever know. God bless you all! And here's to 10 years more!
