Before we used it, we had no idea how often services (e.g. heroku) were offline. Now we have complete control over it. Also, what helps is the keyword feature. That helps us from a website being online but showing bogus content (e.g. a static site that compiled wrong). Pulsetic is a great solution with impeccable UX. Their price point is exceptionally competitive and I replaced StatusPage and Pingdom with them, saving me a few thousands dollars a year!

Easy to Use & Setup, Full Featured and a Modern Tool I have switched from UptimeRobot just to leave that ancient product and have some modern features and UI.
